Authorize Jira
Click Connect and complete the Jira OAuth flow. You’ll return to Gecko with
the connection active.

Choose where issues go
Select a project, and optionally a board and sprint behavior
(current sprint, a specific sprint, or backlog).

Set issue defaults
Pick the issue type (Story, Bug, or Task), a default assignee, and any
labels. Gecko always adds the
gecko-vulnerability label.4
Map statuses
Map Gecko’s statuses (Open, In progress, Fixed, False positive, Accepted risk)
to your Jira workflow statuses. Gecko proposes a mapping on connect; adjust as
needed.
Auto-create issues
Turn on auto-create to file a Jira issue for every finding after each scan. A project must be selected first.Gecko warns you if the connection is incomplete: issue type and status mapping
must be set before tickets can be created reliably.
